Add funds to your wallet

SoftServer uses a prepaid wallet in EUR. You top it up, and your servers and services are paid from the balance.

Top up

1. Open the Billing or Wallet section.
2. Enter an amount and pay by card (via Netopia) or bank transfer.
3. Your balance updates once the payment is confirmed.

How charges work

• Servers renew from your wallet balance on their billing date.
• Keep enough balance to cover upcoming renewals so services are not interrupted.
• The dashboard warns you when your balance is low relative to charges due soon.
