Run security and malware scans

SoftServer can scan your server for security issues and malware from the panel, and help you fix what it finds.

Security scan

1. Open your server and go to the Security section.
2. Run a security scan. It checks the server's configuration and reports issues.
3. Review the findings and apply the suggested fixes from the panel.

Malware scan

Run a malware scan to look for malicious files — useful for CMS sites like WordPress, which are common targets. The panel reports suspicious files so you can act on them.
