You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate applicable regulations.

The Service provides tools for provisioning and managing virtual servers and related infrastructure features. Availability and functionality may depend on infrastructure capacity and third-party providers.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the Service.

Before placing an order, we make essential information available in the platform regarding the selected plan, total price (including the billing period), payment methods, and applicable legal documents (Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy).

For on-demand digital services (VPS provisioning), we ask for your express confirmation to begin performance immediately, with information about the consequences for the withdrawal right where the law permits such limitation.

You must not:

• Use the Service for malware, phishing, DDoS, unauthorized access, or other abusive activities.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access data not intended for you.
• Use the Service to host or distribute illegal content.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service or other users’ resources.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Fees, billing cycles, and available payment methods are shown in the Service.

You are responsible for taxes and for ensuring your billing information is correct.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated, payments are non-refundable once the service has been provisioned or credit has been added.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, branding, and content we provide. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

You retain rights in content you upload or configure. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, security risks, or where required by law.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. For consumers in Romania or the European Union, mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of residence also apply where required by law.

As a consumer, you may contact us at [email protected] regarding complaints about the Service. We aim to respond within applicable legal timeframes.

If you cannot reach an amicable solution, you may use Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL), which is generally free or low-cost, via the ANPC platform: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

You may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at anpc.ro or the consumer helpline 021 9551.

For on-demand digital services (e.g. VPS provisioning), the 14-day withdrawal right may be limited once contract performance has begun, with your prior express consent, as permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
