Renewals, suspension and cancellation

Understand how your services renew and what happens if a payment is missed.

Renewals

• Each server has a billing date and renews automatically from your wallet balance.
• The panel and email reminders tell you before a renewal is due.
• Keep enough balance to cover upcoming charges.

If the balance is short

• If a renewal cannot be paid, the service enters a grace period.
• After the grace period, an unpaid server is suspended — it stops running but your data is kept for a time.
• Top up your wallet and the service is reactivated.

Cancelling a service

If you no longer need a server, request cancellation from its page. You can choose to cancel immediately or at the end of the paid period. You can undo a pending cancellation before it takes effect.

Keeping a healthy wallet balance is the simplest way to avoid any interruption.
