SoftServer issues proper invoices for your payments, suitable for Romanian and EU accounting.

Your invoices

• Every wallet top-up and service charge generates an invoice.
• Find and download your invoices from the Billing section.
• Invoices include the company details of WGV SOFT SOLUTIONS SRL and your billing information.

e-Factura

For Romanian businesses, invoices are issued through the e-Factura system as required by law, so your paperwork is compliant without extra work on your side.

Keep your details current

Make sure your billing details (company name, registration number, address) are filled in under Settings so invoices are issued correctly. If you need a correction, contact support and a credit note can be issued.
